Variety: Merlot 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Cabernet Franc 30%

History: It is an indescribable challenge to merge the explosion of flavors and the richness of tastes and colors of Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. The third variety in the blend – Cabernet Franc contributed to the creation of a harmonic, balanced, complex and attractive wine – a symphony for the lovers of rich, dense, velvet, mature and tasty wines with their own style and multilayer, inimitable aromatic profile.

Vinification: The wines from the different varieties were produced separately from selected, well ripe, hand-picked grapes, delivered to the winery in small cases and sorted on a double sorting table. Right after the fermentation the wines were blended. The wine matured for 12 months in French oak barrels “barrique” type until it reached completeness and harmony.

Tasting notes: The wine is with intensely dark ruby color with glitter. Blueberry, ripe blackberry and red forest fruits completed by strings of confy, chocolate and vanilla and piquant accent of pepper and leaves of blueberries can be found in the flavor. The taste is multilayer, voluminous, velvet, fruity and juicy with long chocolate-vanilla aftertaste.
